About Team Metcalf

Team Metcalf is family of Realtors consisting of John, Cerita & Christopher Metcalf. We specialize in the areas of Murrieta, Lake Elsinore, Canyon Lake, Wildomar, Temecula, Menifee, Horse Thief Canyon (Corona) and Rancho Capistrano.

For over two decades, we've been serving the needs of our clients through a host of different economic climates and challenges. Very few agents can match our level of experience or dedication.

John Metcalf has been a Realtor since 1989. He has National Association of Realtors designations of Accredited Buyers Assistant (ABR®) and E-Pro®. He is also certified as a commercial realtor. In addition to residential sales, John specializes in commercial properties, rental properties, and business opportunities (sale & purchase of small businesses).

Cerita Metcalf has been a Realtor since 2000. She is a Certified Short Sale Specialist. In addition to residential sales, Cerita has a vast knowledge of vacant land sales and probate sales. She has won multiple awards for sales and performance including Centurion (Century 21’s top sales award).

Christopher Metcalf has been a Realtor since 2013. Prior to becoming a Realtor, he worked as John & Cerita’s assistant for over 5 years giving him good working knowledge of the real estate business before getting his license. Christopher is also an Eagle Scout.

Valerie Metcalf works as the team’s Administrative Assistant. She helps with marketing, accounting and clerical work.

Our "Team Approach" utilizes a staff of highly trained agents and support personnel that handle the "routine operations" of our business so we can concentrate our time and effort on the most important issues, such as negotiating offers and handling more complex issues.
